Job summary

Animal Outpatient Specialty Network is seeking a Specialty Recruiter to scale sourcing, outreach, and pipeline development for its veterinary clinics. You will identify, engage, and screen candidates, increasing throughput and supporting senior leadership in meeting hiring goals.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruitment experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field – or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates at multiple levels through direct sourcing and outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and track outreach in the ATS.
• Develop relationships with veterinary schools, residency programs, and associations.
• Coordinate screening calls and interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Track pipeline activity and report KPI progress to leadership.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable regulations.
