What You’ll Do
  • Own full-lifecycle recruitment for assigned roles across multiple functions, from talent pipeline building to hiring and candidate relationship management.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, advising business leaders on strategic hiring needs.
  • Develop and leverage professional networks to track market trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence to inform future talent strategies.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition colleagues and business partners to execute targeted recruitment strategies effectively.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including diverse candidates, for critical roles.
  • Strategically plan and manage cross-functional diversity recruiting initiatives and events.
  • Cultivate an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Lead candidate debriefs, providing insights and influencing offer decisions to secure top-tier talent.
  • Maintain best practices, policies, procedures, and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Update and maintain recruitment trackers and reports, providing comprehensive updates to key business partners and stakeholders.
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain consultative, influential, and collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exposure to or experience with recruiting from underrepresented populations and partnering with diversity organizations.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
  • Extensive experience sourcing candidates through diverse channels (web, social media, professional networks, etc.).
  • Experience from either a corporate or agency recruiting background is welcome.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Experience in specialized recruiting areas such as veterinary or vet tech talent acquisition.
  • Flexibility to work across various time zones to support a geographically dispersed team.
