Job summary

Animal Outpatient Specialty Network (AOSN) in Irvine, CA is seeking a Specialty Recruiter to drive candidate sourcing and pipeline development across its clinics. Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with HR and marketing to improve candidate experience.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in recruitment, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates at all levels through direct sourcing, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and track outreach in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and support relationship with schools and associations.
• Track pipeline activity and report progress to Sr. Recruiter.
