Pet Meadow seeks a Veterinary Outreach Manager - Inside Sales to drive outbound outreach to veterinary clinics in Houston, booking meetings for the outside sales team and building early relationships. You will manage high-volume calls and targeted emails, while nurturing leads through drip campaigns and CRM activity.

You’ll collaborate with the sales team to hit growth targets, represent the company at industry events, and help expand into new markets with integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Confidence making high-volume outbound calls.
• Experience in client engagement and setting up appointments.
• Strong relationship-building skills with quick rapport.
• Comfort in a CRM environment (Zoho CRM a plus).
• Organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, in-person environment representing the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive inside sales outreach to veterinary clinics and book meetings for outside sales.
• Hit daily activity targets across calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Build early-stage relationships and hand off to outside sales.
• Run targeted email and drip campaigns to nurture leads.
• Partner with the sales team to support growth goals.
• Represent Pet Meadow at trade shows and events.
• Support special initiatives as the company scales.
• Other duties as assigned.
