Job summary

Wedgewood Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to drive sales and market share for our compounding products and Blue Rabbit technology within a defined Book of Business. This role combines remote work with occasional in-person meetings at our Swedesboro, NJ office and requires a proactive, high-volume outbound calling cadence.

• Experience in lead generation or sales is valued.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to grow clinic sales for compounding and Blue Rabbit.
• Develop knowledge of assigned clinics, products, objectives, and technology footprint.
• Use account management skills to move customers to Wedgewood/Blue Rabbit.
• Maintain daily dial activity and meet Reach, Frequency, and Qualified Contact targets.
