You will manage a robust account pipeline, meet sales objectives, organize webinars, and train account staff on Boehringer products, while tracking performance with CRM tools and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant inside sales experience.
• Animal Health or related industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel occasionally.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and pursues sales opportunities virtually with accounts.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline of prospective accounts.
• Meets sales objectives and supports attainment of business unit performance objectives.
• Completes objectives including achieving sales plan while operating within specified expense budget.
• Develops an excellent knowledge base of all assigned clinics, including products, objectives, decision-makers, and staff.
• Addresses customer inquiries, resolves issues and provides appropriate solutions.
• Tracks and analyzes account performance and provides insights to improve sales outcomes.
• Organizes, participates, and leads virtual events, webinars, and meetings to promote Boehringer's products and services.
