Job summary

EVENING POST GROUP in Plantation, FL is seeking a Case Manager to support a Senior Advocate's team, handling client files, communications, and VA-related tasks. This is a full-time, remote-friendly Admin position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will build client relationships by phone and email, ensure timely VA and regulatory deadlines, and maintain accurate records using standard office software. Remote work options apply; must reside in the United States in listed states.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or 3 years of progressive experience with equivalent education.
• Primary skills: customer service, communication, organization, time management.
• Proficiency with office software and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains positive client relationships via phone, email, and mail.
• Assists and consults with Senior Advocate in organization and management of client files and records.
• Reviews completeness of client files within VA's system and coordinates with VA personnel.
• Responds to client, staff, authorized third party, and VA/BVA communications in a timely manner.
• Prioritizes and completes varied administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Ensures all VA administrative and regulatory deadlines are met.
• Proficient with office technology and software programs.
• Works in a team environment to obtain best outcomes for all parties.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
