Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring an Advocacy VA Intake Specialist to deliver superior customer service to Veterans disability clients from a remote home office. You will be the main contact for new clients, verify document accuracy, and maintain clear verbal and written communication with applicants.

Work hours are Mon–Fri 10:00 am–7:00 pm EST. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with match, PTO after 90 days, and 10 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telephone customer service or call center experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Google and MS Office and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for potential disability clients.
• Perform clerical duties and monitor emails/chats.
• Verify document accuracy and enter data into systems.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional communication.
• Adapt hours to company needs and prioritize tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
