You will handle phone, chat, and text requests, assess needs, and offer referrals in a supportive, consumer-friendly manner.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and military service, with DD214 documentation. The role may offer remote work and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of active duty service or four years in the National Guard.
• DD214 or official document verifying military service required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer friendly services, engaging individuals served in an empathic manner.
• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationship to identify emotional or behavioral changes needing support.
• Use personal experiences to connect with individuals served and build rapport.
• Promptly respond to all service requests and referrals with professionals and outside agencies.
