• Peer training certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner to establish rapport.
• Uses personal recovery experiences to support clients and model coping skills.
• Assesses service needs and provides peer support and appropriate referrals or disposition.
• Identifies emotional, psychiatric, or behavioral changes that require intervention or treatment.
• Advocates for resources based on assessed client needs as observed by supervisors and team members.
