Customer Value Partners, Inc. is seeking Remote Medical Support Assistants to support the Cheyenne VA Health Care System at the Northern Colorado VA Outpatient Clinic in Loveland, CO.

The role is remote, but candidates must live within 50 miles and work Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, processing community care consults, coordinating with VA and community providers, and updating CPRS/VistA data while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for Public Trust government security clearance and US citizenship.
• Resident within 50 miles of Loveland, CO (Northern Colorado VA Outpatient Clinic).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (typing test).
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• No health or physical disability restrictions that would interfere with duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling, tracking, and pre/post-appointment contacts per VA directives.
• Process community care consults and manage referrals in HS RM/PPMS systems.
• Coordinate and authorize Veteran care with community providers as needed.
• Communicate VA Community Care rules to clinical staff and others.
• Update patient demographic information and ensure data integration into CPRS and VistA.
• Handle incoming/outgoing faxes and mail, maintain HIPAA standards, and monitor reports.
• Assist in patient relations and address feedback professionally.
• Maintain proficiency in VA software like CPRS, VistA, HSRM, PPMS, and MS Office.
