Job summary

Maximus is seeking an International Veteran Liaison Officer (Bilingual) to join the Veterans Evaluation Services team. This remote role requires Spanish-language proficiency and US citizenship or a Green Card.

You will handle veteran inquiries, disputes, scheduling, and travel reimbursement processes while educating veterans on VES/VA procedures. After onboarding, you will support veterans and providers, respond to feedback, and coordinate communications via email and phone.

Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency is a minimum requirement.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder required to be considered.
• Remote work from the Continental US per contract rules.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from veterans and address concerns, disputes, and scheduling requests.
• Communicate with veterans regarding exams and travel reimbursement guidelines.
• Coordinate reschedules and cancellations for VA exam appointments.
• Provide information to veterans and providers and respond to feedback via email or phone.
