Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Diagnostic Supervisor to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in a remote capacity. The role supervises, instructs, and supports the Diagnostics group while ensuring service levels meet contract requirements.

Candidates must be US citizens or green card holders; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3+ years of relevant diagnostics experience. The position requires availability for full-time remote work from within the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder per contract requirements.
• Remote opportunity with Maximus Veterans Evaluation Services (VES).
• Supervise, instruct, and support the Diagnostics team including Cappers, Recruiters, Schedulers, Uploaders, and Tracking Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and support the Diagnostics team to meet service levels.
• Report team metrics regularly and drive productivity with department leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and Training to ensure proper onboarding and retraining.
