Maximus is hiring International Veteran Liaison Officers (Bilingual) to support the Veterans Evaluation Services team in a remote US-based role. Responsibilities include handling veteran inquiries, scheduling VA exams, and guiding veterans through procedures.

Requirements include US citizenship or green card, Spanish-language proficiency, and a full-time CST schedule during training, with ongoing CST hours after training. Company-provided equipment will be supplied.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or a Green Card holder.
• Spanish-language proficiency required.
• Must reside in the Continental US.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls from veterans and coordinate scheduling for VA exams.
• Educate veterans on VES/VA procedures and resolve issues.
• Respond to feedback via email or calls and manage travel reimbursement processing.
• Maintain trackers for provider complaints and in-home exam requests.
