Job summary

isolved is seeking a Verification Processing Agent (S1) to join its ProScreening team. The role focuses on verifying employment, education, and reference information from applicants' resumes, including handling inbound requests from clients.

No prior professional experience is required; candidates must have a high school diploma and strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication. This is a remote, hourly role suitable for entry-level applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reference calls and perform employment and education verifications.
• Produce 18 or more cases worked per hour by 90 days of employment and on an ongoing basis.
• Process employment verifications to confirm information contained on job applications for clients.
• Receive inbound calls from companies, schools, and references returning requests for verification.
• Maintain a total mistake ratio of less than 1% of completed verifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
