Job summary

First Advantage is seeking an Operations Specialist (Pooling) to handle inbound and outbound verification calls for references, education, and employment. You will gather data, validate credibility, and update client reports while coordinating with multiple departments.

Strong English communication, attention to detail, and basic MS Office skills are required. Remote work setup and flexible shifts are available to support global clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year with BPO experience.
• Experience handling inbound calls or transactions preferred.
• Proficient in English and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for employment, education, and other reference verifications.
• Obtain verification and references information via phone, fax, mail, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments and update database.
• Perform quality checks and respond to inquiries from clients.
