Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Vendor Management Supervisor to lead a nationwide team of Specialists in vetting and monitoring third-party vendors for mortgage operations. You will drive compliance with SLAs, KPIs and regulatory requirements while shaping department processes and training.

The role emphasizes remote leadership, performance coaching, and robust vendor risk assessments. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, and you’ll help guide

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Five+ years in mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management
• Minimum of three years in a lead/supervisory role with two+ reports
• Experience establishing, negotiating, and enforcing vendor contracts and SLAs
• Management reporting experience
• Ability to manage complex remote teams nationwide
• Proficient MS Office with advanced skills in Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Visio
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Confidentiality in handling vendor information

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily Vendor Management staff, set performance expectations and foster collaboration.
• Monitor ongoing vendor compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Evaluate vendors' adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements; address issues.
• Lead and coach staff; manage workload distribution and development opportunities.
• Maintain department policies, forms, reports, training materials and checklists.
• Evaluate department reports and Vendor Management system for effectiveness.
• Communicate performance results and identify training needs.
• Oversee vendor risk assessments and due diligence documentation.
• Manage monthly vendor scorecard reviews and address performance issues.
• Oversee annual vendor re-certification packages and respond to escalations.
• Oversee vendor onboarding/termination with internal stakeholders.
• Review exception reports and enhance reporting processes.
• Respond to internal/external audit requests as needed.
• Review Risk Management audit reports and track remediation plans.
• Manage escalations and present concerns to upper management.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
