Job summary

Morley is seeking a remote customer service associate to support vehicle repurchases. You will communicate with clients, lien holders, dealerships and state agencies, handling inbound and outbound inquiries. No auto experience is required; we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

This Alabama-resident role offers a starting pay of $14 per hour, weekday shifts, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and 401(k), and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Able to work shifts Mon-Fri with no weekends and the listed start times.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to complete vehicle repurchases.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, mail).
• Secure required documentation by contacting appropriate parties to expedite the return of repurchase documents.
• Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems.
