Morley is seeking a Remote Vehicle Processing Clerk (Disposition Coordinator) to help customers across the country return vehicles to the auto manufacturer. Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality or similar).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to complete vehicle repurchases.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, mail).
• Secure required documentation by contacting relevant parties to expedite the return of repurchase documents.
• Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems.
