Job summary

Morley is hiring a Remote Vehicle Processing Clerk (Disposition Coordinator) who helps customers nationwide return vehicles to manufacturers. You’ll document cases, ensure proper paperwork, and provide a supportive experience during a potentially difficult time.

No auto experience is needed; we will train you. The role starts at $14 per hour and requires background checks and a clean drug screen, with shifts Mon–Fri and some rotation. This is a remote position designed for Michigan residents.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, hotel or any role with customer interaction).
• Shifts Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET; rotational 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET 2–4 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by documenting cases and guiding vehicle returns.
• Ensure each case has proper documentation and communicate clearly with customers.
• Collaborate with the reacquired vehicle management team to support buyback processes.
