Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work shifts within the center's hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET; rotational 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET.
