Job summary

Morley is seeking a Remote Vehicle Processing Clerk (Disposition Coordinator) who will assist customers nationwide in returning vehicles to the auto manufacturer. You’ll ensure proper documentation and serve as a helpful contact to make processes quick and easy.

No auto experience is required as training will be provided; candidates must pass a background check and drug screen, work a 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern time schedule with occasional rotations.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers nationwide to return vehicles to the auto manufacturer.
• Ensure every case has proper documentation.
• Serve as a friendly contact to help cases go smoothly.
