Job summary

Morley is seeking a detail‑oriented remote Vehicle Processing Clerk (Disposition Coordinator). No auto experience needed—we train you. You’ll help customers across the country return vehicles to the manufacturer, ensuring each case has proper documentation and a smooth, supportive experience.

This remote role starts at $14 per hour and includes benefits like medical coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off. Primary hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
• Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday to Friday (no weekends!), Primary shift 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, Rotational shift 2-4 times per month: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time

Responsibilities

• Help people across the country return vehicles to the auto manufacturer.
• Be a friendly contact who ensures proper documentation for each case.
• Support customers through what can be a trying time, making the process quick and easy.
