Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking a Remote Vehicle Processing Clerk (Disposition Coordinator) to help customers nationwide return vehicles to manufacturers. You’ll be the friendly point of contact ensuring proper documentation and a smooth, reassuring experience for clients during a potentially challenging process.

The role starts at $14 per hour and offers tools, team support, and career advancement. Michigan residents will work remotely with structured hours and clear expectations.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality or similar).
• Ability to work shifts within operation hours: Monday to Friday, primary 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET; rotational 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, state agencies and suppliers to complete vehicle repurchases.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, mail).
• Secure required documentation by contacting parties to expedite return of repurchase documents.
• Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems.
• Meet required performance metrics and handle multiple cases within guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions via calls, chat, email, and other communications while staying positive.
