Job summary

DCI Solution in the United States is seeking a Valuation Specialist to determine fair market values for vehicles and assets. This role operates 100% remotely, supporting loss claims, financing, and other assessments using online databases and external quotes.

You will complete service reports, review opposing valuations, communicate with appraisers, and negotiate settlements. Ideal candidates have strong Microsoft Office skills, a high school diploma (some college preferred), experience with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience and/or knowledge of automotive, commercial, power sports, or recreational vehicles.
• Customer service experience, preferably with an insurance or automotive organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Desktop or laptop computer with reliable broadband internet.
• Upon hiring, you will undergo drug test, credit check, and background check (costs covered).

Responsibilities

• Complete any DCI Solution service report associated with the Right to Appraisal.
• Review opposing valuations and reports.
• Communication with opposing appraisers.
• Negotiate and settle claims.
