Forge Biologics seeks a Veeva IT Systems Analyst II to maintain and improve the Veeva Vault Quality Suite. You will configure Vault Quality and Platform, support new modules, and work with business owners and technical managers in cross-functional teams.

You will validate changes, support releases, and train end users on EDMS and QMS workflows while aligning with cGMP and FDA-compliant practices. This role is remote in the U.S. with quarterly travel to Columbus.

Formación

• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Veeva Vault Platform configuration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate complex technical system requirements into practical guidance for non-technical end users.
• This is a remote, U.S.-based role with an expectation of quarterly travel to our Columbus, Ohio headquarters.

Responsabilidades

• Management and continuous improvement of the Veeva Vault Platform and all modules within the Veeva Vault Quality Suite.
• Designing and implementing configurations within Veeva Vault for new business requirements and changes.
• Coordinate with Validation SME to verify changes per GAMP 5 and cGMP regulations.
• Support Veeva Releases and changes through Change Controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Veeva Vault across modules.
• Train and advise Veeva end users on EDMS and QMS requirements and workflows.
• Develop training modules for EDMS and QMS.
• Write SOPs and work instructions and coordinate with other departments for approvals.
• Provide support during regulatory inspections and internal audits.
