Job summary

Forge Biologics seeks a Veeva IT Systems Analyst II to maintain and improve the Veeva Vault Quality Suite, including QualityDocs, Training, QMS, QRM, and LIMS. You will configure Vault Quality and Platform to support evolving business needs while collaborating with business admins, owners, and technical managers.

This remote, US-based role requires strong communication, adherence to GAMP5 and cGMP, and active participation in change control. Travel to Columbus, OH twice yearly is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Veeva Vault Platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the Veeva Vault Platform and all modules within the Quality Suite.
• Designing and implementing configurations within Veeva Vault for new business requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support changes and ensure compliance.
• Supporting validation per GAMP5 and cGMP regulations; participate in Change Controls.
