Job summary

InnOvator Web Solutions is seeking a skilled Analyst to support Veeva Vault CTMS in production for pharma/biotech clients. You will own the system post go-live across production support, administration, release management, and data integration tasks.

You will work with Clinical Operations teams and Veeva to keep the system validated under GxP and 21 CFR Part 11, delivering improvements with each release. This is a fully remote 3-month engagement with immediate start.

Qualifications

Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, IT or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Veeva Vault CTMS.
Hands-on experience supporting Veeva Vault CTMS in production post go-live.
Experience supporting a big pharma client.
Good understanding of clinical trial operations and ICH-GCP (E6).
Available to join immediately and work remotely.

Responsibilities

Production support: handle L1/L2/L3 incidents and requests per SLAs.
Veeva administration: manage users, roles, security profiles and metadata.
Release management: analyze impact, test, and communicate changes.
Enhancements & change requests: gather requirements and prioritize changes.
Integration & data support: monitor interfaces and coordinate fixes.
Adoption, compliance & continuous improvement: train users and maintain validation.
