Job summary

Clarkston Consulting seeks a Quality Systems (Veeva) Senior Consultant to deliver innovative solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. You will lead requirements workshops, design configurations, and help implement Veeva Vault QMS capabilities while aligning with GMP standards.

You will guide teams, validate systems, and train end-users, earning trusted client status and expanding your expertise through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with life sciences quality systems.
• Experience implementing QMS for life sciences as a consultant, business, or IT representative.
• Experience with regulatory information management systems, including registrations and submissions.
• Understanding of global quality requirements, compliance considerations, and processes.
• Thorough client services orientation and ability to take an active role in engagements and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects deploying Veeva solutions in life sciences and consumer products.
• Lead requirements workshops, design, prototype, configure and document content management/QMS data solutions.
• Configure and implement Veeva Quality suite and Vault RIM capabilities.
• Earn trusted client status and develop relationships beyond project life cycles.
• Create and oversee project workstreams, define deliverables, and manage scope and resources.
• Assist in GMP computer system validation and SOP creation/revision.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users and junior staff.
