Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Understanding of Life Sciences commercial event operations (speaker programs, advisory boards, transparency reporting).
• Proven ability to lead customer discovery workshops and communicate complex architectural ideas simply.
• Self-starter with operational discipline and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-30% for key milestones and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Prescriptive Advisory: Lead discovery and design sessions with a simple mindset and guide customers toward standard capabilities.
• Implementation Excellence: Lead and execute software implementations using best practices, packages, and automation to deliver high-quality deployments.
• Technology-Enabled Delivery: Develop proficiency in Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management to configure solutions and validate data.
• Ecosystem Integration: Unify event lifecycle from planning to budget tracking and compliance reporting.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners for smooth handoffs.
• Operational Excellence & Execution: Manage risks, deliver milestones, and maintain focus.
• Long-Term Customer Success: Establish foundations for post-implementation adoption and ongoing relationships.
• Team Mentorship: Guide team members to improve employee and customer success.
