Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant, Implementation Excellence to drive end-to-end event management solutions on the Vault CRM Events Management application for life sciences customers. You will deliver speaker programs, advisory boards, roundtables, and fee-for-service activities with prescriptive, packaged approaches.

You’ll use Vault Platform capabilities, automation tools, and data integration patterns to accelerate deployments, maintain compliance, and ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Understanding of Life Sciences event operations and data integration patterns.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline and pace.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for milestones.

Responsibilities

• Prescriptive advisory: guide customers toward standard capabilities with guardrails.
• Lead and deliver software implementations using best practices and automation.
• Develop proficiency in Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management.
• Guide end-to-end event lifecycle from planning to compliance reporting.
• Collaborate across Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners.
• Own project deliverables and manage risks to milestones.
• Foster long-term customer success and post-implementation adoption.
