Medtronic plc is seeking a Therapy Development Representative to accelerate vascular therapy adoption in the New Orleans, LA region. This field-based role combines territory development, clinical education, and sales execution to expand market share and drive business results.

The position requires significant travel, a strong track record in launching new products, and a deep understanding of hospital purchasing and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/High School with relevant healthcare or medtech sales experience.
• Proven track record in developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption.
• Experience achieving sales objectives and market growth targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and utilization of vascular therapies through market development and account growth.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Develop territory business plans aligned to sales objectives and growth targets.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital admins, and KOLs to support therapy adoption.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product applications and clinical benefits.
• Collaborate with vascular sales partners to execute launches and growth strategies.
• Provide clinical and procedural support during cases and manage expectations.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and expenses.
