Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 12+ years, OR Associate's with 10+ years, OR Bachelor's with 8+ years in medical device, medtech, healthcare, life sciences, sales, or clinical experience.
• Experience developing new accounts, driving therapy adoption, and supporting launches.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and utilization of vascular therapies through targeted market development and account growth strategies.
• Identify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities to expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to sales objectives, growth targets, and account development goals.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, key decision-makers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support therapy adoption.
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on product applications, procedural workflow, and clinical benefits of vascular therapies.
• Collaborate with Vascular sales partners to execute growth strategies, support product launches, and maximize customer engagement.
• Provide clinical and procedural support during cases while managing customer expectations and improving therapy outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and expense management expectations.

Education
