Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to grow the vascular access and blood collection portfolio within a defined territory. You will build relationships with clinicians and key decision makers, demonstrate ICU products, and drive outcomes while expanding the customer base through consultative selling.

The role emphasizes field-based execution, product trials, and post-sale support with strong emphasis on territory management and collaborations with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven quota/growth record.
• Prefer medical device sales with regional health system contacts.
• Active credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory revenue objectives for Vascular Access and Blood Collection.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and clinicians.
• Demonstrate products and conduct trials; communicate competitive positioning.
• Travel >50% of the time; support post-sale implementation and customer success.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Marketing and Operations.
