ICU Medical is seeking a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to drive the Vascular Access & Blood Collection portfolio in a defined territory. You will build relationships with clinicians and supply-chain leaders, present clinical benefits, and drive revenue while ensuring ongoing post-sale support.

This field-based role requires travel, strong presentation skills, and a proven quota track record in medical devices. Collaboration with regional teams maximizes territory profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven quota/growth track record.
• Prefer medical device sales experience and relationships with regional health systems; knowledge of vascular access products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ICU Medical's Vascular Access & Blood Collection business within a territory.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers and clinicians to expand the customer base.
• Present clinical and technical information and drive clinical outcomes; conduct product trials and implementations.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue objectives and collaborate with regional teams.
• Travel up to 50%+, providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
