Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to build and grow the Vascular Access & Blood Collection business within a defined territory.

You will develop relationships with clinical decision makers, including procurement and supply chain contacts, and extend ICU Medical products into new customers while maintaining high service levels. The role requires clinical expertise, consultative selling, and post‑sale support to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Preference for medical device sales with familiarity in vascular access, blood collection, or infusion therapy products.
• Active compliance with credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Align territory revenue objectives with Regional Sales Manager and drive annual targets.
• Master product portfolio and confidently communicate clinical benefits to clinicians.
• Know top 50 customers, contracts, and distribution models in the territory.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU products in vascular access and blood collection portfolios.
• Maintain ongoing post‑sales implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel as needed, including weekends/nights.
