Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years in provider network relations or related field
• IPA/ACO experience preferred
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for ACO and IPA providers
• Assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct meetings with physicians and staff to present data
• Develop provider engagement and onboarding strategies
• Monitor performance using quality, utilization, and risk metrics
• Lead provider change management and transformation initiatives
• Analyze operations to improve wellness workflows and referrals
