Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in provider network relations, contracting, or related healthcare operations.
• Experience with IPA/ACO preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison for ACO and IPA providers to drive engagement and performance.
• Assess provider, practice, and market performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present performance data and influence improvements.
• Develop and implement provider engagement, onboarding, education, and adoption strategies for value-based care.
• Build trusted relationships with provider stakeholders to advance IPA/ACO objectives.
• Monitor provider performance using quality, utilization, risk adjustment, and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with coding, clinical, and operations teams to support HCC documentation and risk adjustment.
• Lead provider change management and practice transformation to improve operations and outcomes.
