Job summary

Astrana Health, Inc. seeks an Associate Director for Value-Based Care Sales to drive growth of the ACO business by building relationships with independent primary care practices and partners to expand the network across markets.

You will recruit practices for government value-based contracts and support onboarding into ACO programs. Remote role preferred for Southern California with travel across the West Coast; strong GTM planning, pipeline management, and Cantonese/Mandarin language skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of healthcare growth leadership experience, preferably in ACO settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance and quality improvement.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on business goals and operational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Prefer Cantonese/Mandarin language skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Senior Director to understand GTM strategy and develop territory plans.
• Develop net new relationships to drive growth in new and existing markets.
• Engage with prospective practices to participate in the ACO programs.
• Teach practices about Astrana Health, deliver financial benefits analyses, and opportunities in ACO LEAD or MSSP.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads for assigned market.
• Extend and negotiate participation agreements (contracts).
• Track activity and pipeline; participate in weekly sales calls and reviews.
• Partner with ACO team leaders to plan growth and prioritize prospects.
• Onboard recruited practices and support them through market rollout.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
