Keebler Health is hiring an Implementation Manager to ensure solution adoption and measurable value for customers. This US-based remote role emphasizes pilot, launch, and ongoing adoption, with a preference for candidates in North Carolina or New York due to our team hubs.

You will own customer relationships, translate needs into clear plans, and coordinate across sales, product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in implementation, customer success, professional services, or program delivery, ideally in software.
• Track record delivering complex software implementations from planning through adoption.
• Excellent project-management skills and close attention to detail.
• Credibility with customer stakeholders and ability to have difficult conversations.
• Healthcare tech, enterprise SaaS, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer relationship through implementation, launch, and adoption.
• Lead pilots, integration, launch, and ongoing delivery with clear plans and milestones.
• Coordinate work across multiple internal teams and the customer’s staff.
• Manage timelines, risks, issues, decisions, and changes with discipline.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption to deliver measurable value.
