Keebler Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to own customer implementations, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value.

The role blends hands-on implementation with project leadership and customer-facing work to build trust with executives and operational teams. You will lead multiple implementations from pilot planning through adoption, coordinating across Keebler Health’s sales, product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams, while maintaining scope and ensuring

Qualificações

• 6–8+ years in implementation, customer success, or program delivery, ideally in software.
• Proven track record leading complex software implementations from planning through adoption.
• Excellent project-management skills and attention to detail.
• Credibility with senior customers and ability to lead difficult conversations.
• Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting retention, renewals, or expansion in healthcare SaaS.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer implementations from pilot planning to launch and adoption.
• Translate customer needs into clear plans, milestones, and success criteria.
• Coordinate work across customer teams and Keebler Health’s functions.
• Make tradeoff decisions to keep delivery on time without compromising quality.
• Manage timelines, risks, issues, decisions, and changes with discipline.
• Surface problems early and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure commitments result in action and key details are captured.
