Job summary

Keebler Health is building an operating system for value-based care and seeks an Implementation Manager to ensure successful adoption of our software solutions. This US-based remote role emphasizes hands-on implementation, pilot planning, and customer leadership through launch and ongoing value realization.

You will coordinate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders, guide plans and milestones, manage risks, and drive measurable outcomes across healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in implementation, customer success, or professional services in software.
• Track record delivering complex software implementations from planning through adoption.
• Excellent project-management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Healthcare tech, enterprise SaaS, or regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and standards like FHIR, HL7, or HIPAA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship through implementation, launch, adoption.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans, governance, and communication rhythms.
• Lead customer meetings, progress reviews, and planning conversations.
• Monitor customer health and address risks and gaps.
• Coordinate work across Keebler Health teams to deliver outcomes.
• Do hands-on data collection: roster specs and EHR data integration.
