Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of valuation/financial advisory experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven expertise in conducting complex valuations and providing expert advice.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and expand service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the valuation practice, overseeing operations, client engagements, and team performance.
• Conduct and supervise complex valuations for M&A, financial reporting, tax planning, and litigation support.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the division and enhance services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Generate revenue through client engagements and expand valuation services.
• Mentor and develop team members and cultivate continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• History of generating revenue in excess of $1.5 million.
