Mercor is seeking a Corporate Development Expert to lead end-to-end M&A initiatives from a remote location. You will build valuation models, assess deal terms, and prepare materials for boards and investors.

The role requires 4+ years in-house M&A or corporate development, hands-on transaction ownership, and experience in valuation, modeling, and diligence. Preference for IB/PE background but in-house experience is essential.

• 4+ years in-house corporate development or M&A.
• Hands-on ownership of live transactions end to end.

Mansioni

• Build valuation and merger models (three-statement, DCF, comps).
• Draft and compare transaction terms (IOIs, LOIs, term sheets).
• Prepare process and board materials and data packs.
• Run screening, diligence, and integration work (100-day plans).
• Deliver high-quality M&A analyses independently.
