Job summary

Brillian is seeking a valuation professional to join the Valuation and Advisory team, helping service clients and develop our product. You will perform valuations, refine data processes, and present findings to business owners and financial advisors in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role emphasizes client engagement, collaboration, and ownership as we expand our valuation practice with strong growth potential and a remote-friendly, high-excellence culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license preferred.
• Valuation credentials: CVA, ABV, ASA, or CFA preferred.
• 3–8 years of business valuation or strategic business accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word; PowerPoint fluency.

Responsibilities

• Valuations for a range of purposes using standardized approaches.
• Streamline data intake, cleanup and adjustments.
• Review, refine, and sign-off on valuations.
• Refine operating efficiencies, benchmarks and personalized guidance for owners.
• Embed expertise to extend upmarket analysis and guidance to larger clients.
• Engage on the review and presentation of valuation reports to clients.
