• Match clients with travel solutions that align with their budget, schedule, and expectations.
• Coordinate travel components including lodging, transportation, excursions, activities, and special experiences.
• Assist travelers throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure reservations and confirm arrangements.
• Review itineraries, travel documents, and booking details for accuracy.
• Maintain organized client records and reservation information.
• Monitor travel trends, destination updates, and supplier promotions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building lasting client relationships.
