Job summary

Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company that designs vacations including destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family trips, and luxury getaways. We’re expanding our remote team and seeking Travel Solutions Advisor candidates who enjoy helping clients find perfect experiences and manage details from wherever you are.

No prior travel industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and access to supplier partnerships and booking

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, customer service, hospitality, tourism, consulting, or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using computers and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved hiring region.

Responsibilities

• Consult with travelers to understand their vacation goals and travel preferences
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, guided tours, and vacation packages
• Match clients with travel experiences that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and travel services
• Explain available vacation options, supplier promotions, and package features
• Assist clients throughout the planning, booking, and pre-departure process
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
• Partner with approved travel suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details
• Review itineraries, travel documents, and confirmations for accuracy
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations
• Stay informed on travel news, destination highlights, and supplier updates
• Deliver outstanding service that creates long-term client relationships
