Job summary

Destination Careers is seeking enthusiastic Vacation Planning Coordinators to assist clients with planning and coordinating vacation experiences. You will organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and communications with suppliers to ensure a seamless trip.

This role suits individuals who enjoy travel, organization, and helping others create memorable vacations. You will work remotely with booking platforms and travel partners to manage reservations, itineraries, and travel logistics.

Responsibilities

Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
