Job summary

Destinationknot is seeking Vacation Planning Coordinators to assist clients with coordinating vacation experiences, travel arrangements, and itineraries.

The role focuses on remote work, strong organizational skills, and friendly client service, with opportunities to develop expertise in travel coordination and access to industry resources.

You'll work with booking platforms, stay informed on destination information, and support travelers before and during trips.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and client needs.
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use online booking systems.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or vacation planning.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or travel planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and transportation
• Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences
• Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availabilityMaintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
• Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed
• Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destination information, and industry updates
