Job summary

Destination Knot is seeking Vacation Planning Coordinators to help clients plan and coordinate memorable getaways. You will organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and communications with suppliers, working remotely.

You’ll use established booking platforms, provide destination recommendations, and manage bookings with attention to detail. This role suits travel enthusiasts who thrive on organization and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and client needs.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use online booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and transportation.
• Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
• Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed.
• Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications.
